SAP C4C Consultant – Automotive Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business needs related to automotive sales and customer engagement.

• Set up and maintain functionalities of SAP C4C Sales and Service Cloud.

• Assist in automotive sales processes utilizing SAP C4C.

• Customize workflows and business processes as per requirements.

• Create and support integrations between SAP C4C and other enterprise systems.

• Address incidents, service requests, and production challenges.

• Provide enhancements, conduct testing, manage deployments, and handle releases.

• Perform functional testing and assist with UAT activities.

• Collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Prepare functional documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of consulting experience with SAP C4C, including the gathering and analysis of business requirements.

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP C4C Sales Cloud, including the ability to manage configuration and workflows independently.

• Proven experience in supporting testing, deployments, enhancements, and production support within SAP C4C environments.

• Strong background in integrating SAP C4C with SAP S/4HANA and related SAP functional areas and enterprise systems, especially concerning VMS, VSS, SD, and MM processes.

• Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise system integrations, middleware concepts, and CRM and customer engagement processes.

• Experience in the automotive sales sector and collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Proficient in business English.

• Familiarity with SAP integration platforms such as SAP CPI.

• Background in automotive dealership or vehicle sales processes.

• SAP C4C certification.
