• Act as the initial point of contact for potential customers through phone communication.

• Simplify industry terminology to make life insurance comprehensible.

• Employ a consultative sales strategy to assist customers throughout the application journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a high-volume, dialer-driven sales position.

• Experience in life insurance sales is an advantage.

• Possession of an active life insurance license.

• Self-driven, ambitious, and eager for personal growth.

• Openness to working in a target-oriented setting with KPI-based rewards.

• Proficient in using Slack, Zoom, Five9, and other communication platforms.

• Strong conversational skills and customer service expertise.

• Receptive to constructive feedback and direct management.

• Willingness to work some weekends and evenings.

• Must be a resident of the USA - Remote work available, excluding Alaska, California, Colorado, Montana, New York, Nevada, and Rhode Island.
