This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Retail Sales enablement strategy that aligns with organizational goals, sales priorities, and performance targets.
• Collaborate with Retail Sales leaders to pinpoint performance gaps, identify capability needs, and explore opportunities for enhancing sales effectiveness and execution.
• Oversee the design and execution of training, development, coaching, and enablement programs.
• Utilize firsthand sales leadership experience to ensure that enablement strategies and programs are practical, relevant, and tailored to the sales environment.
• Create scalable onboarding, ongoing development, leadership training, and continuous learning strategies.
• Work collaboratively across functions to support the implementation and adoption of sales initiatives, processes, tools, products, and organizational changes.
• Analyze sales performance data, business outcomes, learner feedback, and other metrics to identify opportunities and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Establish metrics for measuring enablement effectiveness and continuously enhance programs, resources, and delivery methods.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior Retail Sales leaders regarding capability development, change management, sales execution, and performance enhancement.
• Lead, develop, and set priorities for the Enablement function.
• Advocate for consistent sales practices and reinforce regulatory, compliance, and organizational standards through enablement programs and resources.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Report to the SVP, Revenue Growth and Channel Strategy.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in sales leadership, training and development, sales enablement, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading a sales organization or team with responsibility for sales performance and execution.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing training, learning and development, or talent-development programs within a sales-focused organization.
• Proven track record in creating and executing sales enablement strategies that enhance employee capabilities, adoption, productivity, and overall business performance.
• Ability to think strategically while translating business priorities into practical, scalable programs and solutions.
• Strong leadership and organizational change skills, with the ability to influence leaders and drive adoption across a complex organization.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to utilize performance data, business metrics, and feedback to identify needs and assess program effectiveness.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in interactions with senior leaders.
• Capability to lead cross-functional projects and cultivate productive partnerships across various functions and organizational levels.
• Knowledgeable about sales processes, sales leadership practices, adult learning principles, performance improvement, and organizational development.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Learning and Development, or a related field is preferred.
