This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate sales strategies and implement best practices for discovery, product positioning, value communication, objection resolution, follow-up, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Tailor sales strategies for Direct-to-Consumer, Physician Partnerships, and Enterprise teams.
• Assess won, lost, and stalled sales opportunities to devise strategies for performance enhancement.
• Transform effective sales behaviors into frameworks, talk tracks, playbooks, and coaching materials.
• Develop and oversee the sales enablement roadmap across all sales channels.
• Create onboarding, training, coaching, certification, and reinforcement programs.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, coaching, and various enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and frontline representatives through call reviews, shadowing, and performance assessments.
• Design and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, discovery guides, objection-handling resources, competitive analysis materials, case studies, and other sales content.
• Establish a centralized repository for sales training and resources.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Clinical, Legal, Sales Operations, and subject matter experts.
• Utilize sales enablement and AI-driven tools to enhance information accessibility.
• Define metrics for enablement effectiveness, including ramp time, skill enhancement, adoption rates, productivity, and conversion rates.
• Analyze sales performance data and refine programs based on measurable changes in seller performance.
• Communicate priorities, outcomes, and recommendations with Sales Leadership.
• Prepare sales representatives for new products, campaigns, processes, and organizational initiatives.
• A minimum of 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of frontline sales experience with increasing responsibility.
• Proven growth in responsibility, account complexity, channel scope, or seniority.
• Strong history of sales performance and the ability to articulate successful sales strategies and behaviors.
• Experience in selling to or supporting multiple sales audiences or motions.
• Proven experience in developing strategies for discovery, positioning, objection handling, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
• Experience in creating and delivering onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing development programs for sellers.
• Solid understanding of targets, pipeline management, objections, and customer progression in the sales process.
• Familiarity with sales enablement, learning, content management, call intelligence, or AI-powered tools.
• Exceptional facilitation, coaching, written communication, and presentation abilities.
• Strong project management skills with the capability to independently progress work from need identification to launch and iteration.
• Quick learner of complex products, audiences, and sales motions.
• Hands-on approach with a commitment to creating content, delivering training, coaching representatives, and addressing enablement challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where programs and infrastructure are still under development.
