This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Direct the global new business division tasked with establishing and converting pipeline into consistent new-logo ARR for both FatTail and Lineup.
• Oversee a geographically distributed team of 3+ enterprise sales professionals in North America and other international markets.
• Take ownership of and meet the yearly global new business quota focused on new business ARR growth.
• Lead, mentor, and recruit a team of enterprise sellers from lead generation through to closing deals.
• Create an annual pipeline sourced by the sales team that exceeds the pipeline generated by marketing efforts.
• Maintain a strong win rate in new business against sales-qualified leads.
• Expedite enterprise sales cycles through active oversight and direct intervention in stalled deals.
• Analyze win/loss reasons to turn customer successes into fast-follow strategies for similar prospects and new customer segments.
• Assist sellers with intricate multi-variable deals and lead strategic initiatives directly.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales leadership, consistently achieving multi-year quota targets.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading globally distributed teams targeting international customer opportunities.
• Extensive domain expertise in the media industry and established rapport with media software purchasers.
• Proficiency in structured sales methodologies such as ValueSelling and MEDDPICC.
• Strong commitment to maintaining accuracy in forecasting and pipeline management.
• Capacity to identify underlying customer business needs and create urgency to drive sales opportunities.
• Commercial insight to negotiate complex, multi-year enterprise software agreements that include SaaS licensing, implementation, and custom development components.
• Proven experience in managing deals as collaborative pursuits among Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Professional Services.
• Willingness to engage in global travel and attend industry events, which includes approximately 30% onsite travel.
