This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain strategies for client relationships and account planning for designated clients.
• Carry out relevant client trust board duties, which include governance, reporting, and contract renewals.
• Create and uphold relationship management strategies with stakeholders from service departments.
• Enhance internal collaborations and promote cross-divisional resolutions of client concerns.
• Formulate and execute client action plans, along with company project initiatives.
• Offer Senior Management insights into issues and client well-being.
• Work with management to cultivate synergies, align the operating model, and enhance business relationships.
• Aid in resolving service-related issues while monitoring and managing client health.
• Oversee and report or escalate risks, compliance, client satisfaction, and service quality matters.
• Assist in business development, marketing, sales efforts, and promotional campaigns.
• Travel as required to engage with clients and participate in conferences or company meetings.
• Supervise department associates, which includes hiring, training, development, delegation, performance evaluations, salary recommendations, coaching, counseling, and corrective measures.
• Conduct regular one-on-one sessions and team meetings.
• Set team and individual departmental objectives.
• Ensure associates are held accountable while promoting performance.
• Mentor associates through teaching, coaching, practical experiences, modeling, and guidance.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, financial services, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with 40 Act products, asset management, asset servicing, business strategy, and/or product strategy development.
• 5–7 years of experience in management and leadership roles.
• Knowledge of client relationship management practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to utilize relationships to enhance client satisfaction and meet company objectives.
• Understanding of financial principles and business acumen for effective decision-making.
• Capability to drive change and collaborate on service enhancements or business improvements.
• Skill in motivating, developing, and training a Relationship Management team.
• Ability to organize and delegate tasks effectively.
• Competence in assessing performance and implementing corrective actions.
• Ability to develop systems and procedures that enhance departmental quality and efficiency.
• Problem-solving through creative and critical thinking.
