This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Establish and nurture relationships while enhancing the assets of assigned Wealth Management clients.
• Provide wholesaling assistance and showcase value-added services.
• Arrange on-site meetings and attend to client inquiries.
• Perform proactive call rotations and conduct site visits.
• Deliver presentations to both groups and individuals.
• Collaborate closely with an Internal Wholesaler to execute the territory strategy.
• Utilize fund analysis software systems to illustrate offerings in the client product.
• Create and implement marketing strategies for designated clients.
• Work alongside marketing and communications program managers.
• Distribute sales information promptly.
• Identify and establish current lists of key influencers and producers.
• Keep track of sales activities and call data history.
• Analyze sales data, generate reports, evaluate profitability, identify trends, and provide recommendations.
• Engage in regional and national conferences.
• Stay updated on American Century's investment management, industry developments, and client-related news.
• Over five years of sales experience, preferably in financial services.
• Possession of Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, investment analysis, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Morningstar Principia and Zephyr StyleAdvisor.
• Skilled in MS Outlook, Salesforce CRM software, and Market Metrics data.
• Client-oriented, courageous, accountable, collaborative, curious, adaptable, and competitively driven.
• Preferred: ten years of experience in the financial industry, particularly in asset management.
• Preferred: familiarity with RIAs, independent and regional broker dealers, and wire houses.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
