This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Optimize the commercial success of IMO’s Provider product offerings.
• Convert product investments and market possibilities into quantifiable revenue growth, increased customer adoption, and sustained business value.
• Formulate and implement growth strategies for Provider solutions throughout their lifecycle.
• Coordinate efforts among Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to achieve growth objectives.
• Evaluate market potential, customer requirements, competitive landscape, product performance, pipeline trends, and customer adoption rates.
• Identify target customers, use cases, value propositions, pricing strategies, and go-to-market methods.
• Create shared performance metrics and accountability across market-facing functions.
• Spearhead business strategy for key emerging solutions from market validation to launch and go-to-market expansion.
• Formulate strategies for development partners and early adopters.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure new solutions are equipped for successful market entry.
• Set market-readiness milestones and refine product and go-to-market strategies based on customer feedback.
• Drive growth and market penetration of existing Provider solutions.
• Initiate projects related to product enhancements, integrations, segmentation, positioning, pricing, packaging, and distribution channels.
• Enhance customer value realization, retention, expansion, and long-term growth.
• Set performance goals and maintain visibility into revenue, pipeline, whitespace, and other critical metrics.
• Lead cross-functional execution, ensuring accountability, timely decision-making, and removal of obstacles.
• Over 15 years of pertinent experience in healthcare technology, revenue optimization, go-to-market strategies, or similar roles, with a proven record of driving growth and commercial success.
• Deep understanding of healthcare Provider markets, purchasers, workflows, and technology ecosystems, including Epic and other major healthcare platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen with the ability to pinpoint market opportunities, diagnose underlying causes of underperformance, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proven capability to lead cross-functional initiatives and achieve measurable results.
