VP, Product Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement the product strategy for the bank.

• Discover, assess, and prioritize new product opportunities and improvements.

• Enhance the customer experience by leveraging customer insights, market trends, and business requirements.

• Create actionable product strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with strategic partners and other subsidiaries of ICBA.

• Oversee execution throughout the product lifecycle.

• Lead cross-departmental initiatives and ensure alignment among stakeholders and team members.

• Collaborate with technology, operations, risk, marketing, and business teams to promote and drive product adoption.

• Develop product and solution requirements while documenting use cases.

• Convert client and sales feedback into actionable product improvements.

• Assess and manage both internal and external partnerships, including third-party vendors.

• Present strategic insights and outcomes to executive leadership.

• Assist in product piloting, measurement, positioning for scalability, and communicating product value to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 13 years of experience in product strategy or management.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Expertise in payments or credit card services.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

• Ability to handle multiple initiatives and function with increasing autonomy.

• Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

• A proactive mindset as a solutions provider.

• Candidates must reside in eligible states where TCM Bank operates or be willing to relocate; TCM does not offer relocation assistance.
