This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Greenhouse's company, category, product, and AI narratives, which includes Analyst Relations.
• Develop the offer strategy as a Product Marketing function across various tiers, bundles, add-ons, and segments.
• Spearhead the go-to-market strategy targeting both employer and job seeker audiences.
• Create a structured, tiered launch process for product releases.
• Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer and Revenue leadership to ensure sales readiness for launched products.
• Lead and nurture the Product Marketing team while establishing its operational rhythm.
• Expand Competitive Intelligence into an Insights function that encompasses market and customer intelligence.
• Work alongside Product, Pricing, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Growth & Success to align product decisions with market demands and commercial results.
• Set up a measurement system for Product Marketing based on market perception, launch impact, adoption, customer value, retention, and offer performance.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as required by the business needs.
• Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and senior leaders across Product, Marketing, and Customer Growth & Success.
• Act as a member of Greenhouse's Senior Leadership Team and drive measurable outcomes that align with both annual and long-term strategies.
• Proven experience leading Product Marketing as the senior PMM executive in an enterprise B2B SaaS company with $150M+ ARR.
• A solid history of developing an offer strategy, packaging, or commercialization discipline.
• Demonstrable evidence that packaging or offer decisions have significantly impacted revenue, adoption, or customer value.
• Strong leadership skills and effective stakeholder management.
• Experience in crafting a narrative that has altered perceptions among analysts, buyers, customers, or across an entire category, resulting in commercial impact.
• A commercially driven mindset with a strong focus on product.
• Understanding of how Product, Engineering, and Design teams develop and launch products into the market.
• Proven fluency in AI through daily application, leading to measurable improvements in team performance.
• Practical experience with AI-powered products.
• Valuable experience in two-sided marketplaces, B2B2C businesses, or products catering to both enterprise and consumer audiences.
