This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +1 more country.
β’ Take charge of the positioning and messaging for the QuickBooks Graduates program.
β’ Formulate a content strategy aimed at assisting small businesses in transitioning from QuickBooks to cloud ERP.
β’ Develop unique narratives that highlight Acumatica's value and how it stands out from QuickBooks and other SMB accounting and ERP solutions.
β’ Create targeted messaging tailored for specific industries and micro-verticals such as construction, manufacturing, distribution, and professional services.
β’ Generate thought leadership materials based on customer profiles, industry insights, and market analysis.
β’ Aid in the comprehensive go-to-market strategies for QuickBooks Graduates campaigns.
β’ Collaborate with customer advocacy to amplify customer stories and videos featuring businesses that have transitioned from QuickBooks.
β’ Work alongside product, sales, and industry/vertical teams to align on roadmaps, priorities, and capabilities pertinent to QuickBooks migration.
β’ Leverage performance data and analytics to inform strategy, refine content, and assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
β’ Craft video scripts, conduct light video editing, and create product overviews, comparisons, and point-and-click demo experiences.
β’ Ensure messaging on the website, including comparison guides, datasheets, infographics, brochures, and related program materials, is up to date.
β’ Assist in release planning and ensure alignment on positioning as offerings evolve.
β’ Support various events such as trade shows, industry conferences, partner and customer gatherings, presentations, webinars, and thought leadership sessions.
β’ Convert product functionalities and benefits into meaningful value for small business buyers through program and industry-specific messaging.
β’ At least three to five years of experience in product marketing.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of small business accounting software (QuickBooks or similar), ERP business management systems, accounting processes, business technology, and B2B marketing strategies.
β’ Experience in marketing to or supporting sectors like construction, manufacturing, distribution, or professional services is advantageous.
β’ Educational background in marketing, English, public relations, journalism, business, philosophy, computer science, or a related discipline.
β’ Outstanding writing skills.
β’ Ability to articulate complex features in simple, clear language, translating technical ERP capabilities into accessible benefits for small business owners.
β’ A blend of analytical thinking and creative messaging approaches.
β’ Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and effective communication skills.
β’ Familiarity with marketing technologies is preferred, including WordPress, Jasper or similar AI tools, Camtasia, Asana, CRM systems, SharePoint, and Wistia.
β’ Direct experience with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) is highly desirable.
