VP, Product Management – Platform, Growth

📋 Description

• Direct the product and design strategy for Immortals’ online experiences.

• Ensure that the technical framework is both modular and scalable, while focusing on user acquisition and monetization.

• Enhance the purchasing and renewal journey for supplements, prescription medications, and biomarker testing.

• Establish the digital infrastructure for a community of health-conscious users.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine the Product-Led Growth funnel and expansion efforts.

• Leverage behavioral data and community feedback to boost Lifetime Value.

• Oversee the design and implementation of an AI-driven interface that integrates biomarker results, product suggestions, and community insights.

• Collaborate with Engineering to facilitate swift third-party integrations and support global scalability.

• Make strategic decisions regarding stability refactoring versus rapid market impact.

• Manage the product management process from discovery through to launch, while building and leading a high-performing team.

• Advocate for AI tools to enhance research, documentation, and design efforts.

• Adapt strategies based on new insights while maintaining a data-driven approach to safeguard the core product direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of product management experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a VP or senior leadership position.

• Proven capability to engage deeply in product execution while overseeing an organization.

• A successful history of scaling products from inception to widespread use, managing millions of users.

• Experience utilizing AI tools (LLMs, agents, coding assistants) in both personal and professional contexts.

• Established track record of simultaneously leading product management and design teams.

• Background in B2C companies offering complex physical/digital health solutions (such as supplements, pharmaceuticals, or lab testing).

• Experience in creating or managing digital communities that focus on shared goals or identities.

• Expertise in developing innovative, non-traditional user interfaces driven by AI and data synthesis.

• Familiarity with health tech, wellness, or personalization-oriented digital products.

• A strong passion for longevity, health optimization, or the mission of Immortals.
