Product Manager – Kimchi AI Coding Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Investigate customer requirements, usage analytics, technological advancements, competitive offerings, and market indicators to pinpoint challenges worth addressing.

• Transform vague or poorly defined opportunities into specific problems, hypotheses, assumptions, and experiments.

• Spearhead the 0→1 product development journey from insights or hypotheses to a functional customer product.

• Quickly validate problems and solutions; expand or discontinue concepts based on empirical evidence.

• Make prioritization choices regarding immediate tasks, deferred initiatives, and intentionally excluded projects.

• Execute customer discovery, analyze workflows, and comprehend motivations and constraints.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop solutions and assess technical compromises.

• Establish customer and business outcomes and determine how to measure them effectively.

• Promote product adoption and evaluate ongoing customer engagement and value post-launch.

• Craft concise product narratives, one-pagers, PRDs, and decision-making documents.

• Contribute to shaping Kimchi’s product, customer, and market strategy.

• Work alongside engineering, design, customers, and GTM from initial insights through validation, 0→1 development, adoption, and iterations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience managing software products from start to finish, demonstrating the judgment and autonomy expected of a Senior Product Manager.

• Proven 0→1 experience guiding products or significant product areas from ambiguous opportunities through discovery, validation, launch, and iterative improvements.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous situations effectively.

• Exceptional skills in problem selection and product evaluation.

• Experience in greenfield projects, rapidly evolving sectors, or emerging markets.

• Strong capabilities in customer discovery.

• Proficient analytical thinking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience collaborating closely with highly technical engineering teams.

• Technical curiosity to comprehend the systems being developed.

• An inclination towards experimentation and continuous learning.

• Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and the ability to pivot when new insights arise.

• Practical experience with modern AI tools, encompassing explorations of LLMs and agents.
