Senior Product Manager – Pharmacy Payment Integrity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and deploy AI agents that streamline COB investigations, primacy determination, validation, claims tagging, and recovery handoff across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial processes.

• Replace outdated IVR/phone verification systems with AI-driven conversational workflows.

• Integrate third-party insurance discovery APIs and automate PBM portals.

• Develop comprehensive automation for bulk billing, auto-invoicing, denial recovery, and recovery submission processes.

• Revamp the customer portal to include real-time dashboards, SLA transparency, recovery pipeline visibility, and self-service reporting features.

• Establish agent behavior, decision-making logic, human-in-the-loop transitions, quality control measures, and deployment strategies from pilot to scale.

• Collaborate with operations teams to pinpoint high-volume, low-complexity workflows suitable for automation.

• Convert domain knowledge into automated processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science is required.

• Minimum of 5 years of combined experience as both a Product Manager and a Software Engineer (hands-on coding experience is necessary).

• Strong technical knowledge of agentic AI systems, voice interfaces, API integrations, data pipelines, and BI platforms.

• Proven ability to transform manual processes into automation-centric products that deliver measurable ROI.

• Experience in developing customer-facing analytics for external clients.

• Excellent collaboration skills with operations and domain experts.

• Background in management consulting and knowledge of the healthcare sector are highly advantageous.
