Product Manager – Procure-to-Pay

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain, encompassing procurement, vendor management, accounts payable (AP) automation, invoice capture, approvals, and payments.

• Report directly to the Director of Product and oversee the entire product lifecycle from discovery to launch and ongoing feature performance.

• Convert AP and procurement workflows into user-friendly software designed specifically for Oracle NetSuite.

• Establish the P2P product vision and strategy informed by market analysis and customer insights.

• Set Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and prioritize features, enhancements, defects, and technical debt.

• Guide Engineering and Design teams through the Agile development process.

• Facilitate the integration of Agentic AI for invoice coding, matching, exception handling, and approval routing.

• Develop guardrails, confidence thresholds, and checkpoints for human oversight.

• Create prototypes using AI and translate successful concepts into requirements, user stories, and evaluations of AI quality.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to devise go-to-market strategies and enablement initiatives.

• Ensure that product logic complies with global financial and tax regulations.

• Assess performance and make iterative improvements based on data and customer feedback.

• Safeguard user experience (UX) by maintaining intuitive workflows within NetSuite.

• Manage the product backlog, align stakeholders, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide internal training.

• Leverage AI tools to summarize customer feedback gathered from Support and Sales.

• Assess third-party integrations and contribute to the reduction of technical debt.

⛳️ Requirements

• AI-native; actively builds with AI and has launched AI/agentic features in production.

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management within Fintech, ERP, or B2B SaaS sectors, with direct ownership of P2P/AP/procurement.

• Practical finance experience, either as a practitioner or as a close collaborator with AP/procurement/controllership teams.

• Proven ability to take roadmaps from initial discovery to successful launch.

• Experience managing a live product at scale, while effectively balancing new initiatives, defect resolutions, escalations, and technical debt.

• Strong skills in Agile/Scrum methodologies along with familiarity with tools such as Jira or Productboard.

• Demonstrated success in fully remote, asynchronous, globally distributed teams.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to simplify compliance logic into user-friendly software.

• Preferred: Experience with Oracle NetSuite or a similar native ERP platform.

• Preferred: Knowledge of P2P/spend tools such as Coupa, Ariba, Bill.com, Tipalti, AvidXchange, and Ramp, as well as OCR/document capture technologies.

• Preferred: Understanding of multi-jurisdictional VAT/GST/Sales Tax regulations.

• Preferred: Certifications in finance/accounting/procurement, such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPIM.

• Preferred: Experience in scaling products in high-growth Series C–D environments.
