Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the product, encompassing strategy, roadmap, execution, go-to-market initiatives, and financial performance.

• Establish and advance the product vision for an AI-driven platform.

• Revolutionize core workflows through AI and automation technologies.

• Convert customer requirements and market possibilities into actionable specifications for Design, Engineering, and Data Science teams.

• Collaborate with operations teams to guarantee product-market alignment and operational feasibility at scale.

• Work alongside Design to develop interfaces and workflows that enhance user productivity and client outcomes.

• Manage product analytics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and ongoing enhancements.

• Evaluate and enhance accuracy, efficiency, and overall business impact.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration among Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Client Success teams.

• Cultivate domain and platform expertise.

• Assess technical complexity and make informed product trade-offs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant Product Management experience in delivering complex software solutions within AI/ML, data-heavy, or healthcare sectors.

• Proven track record of end-to-end product ownership, including strategy formulation, execution, and achieving business objectives.

• History of managing the balance between immediate gains and long-term platform investments.

• Experience collaborating with operations or domain-expert teams to develop practical, real-world products.

• Strong skills in design collaboration and an understanding of user experience (UX).

• Technical proficiency and comfort with data pipelines, rules engines, and AI/ML systems.

• Previous engineering experience is advantageous.

• Demonstrated initiative and ownership, spearheading projects from vision to prototype to final product delivery.

• Outstanding communication and decision-making abilities.

• Capability to build trust across Engineering, Operations, Sales, and leadership teams.
