Senior Product Manager – Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategy and implementation of Eltropy’s integration platform.

• Facilitate seamless connections between partners and financial institutions with Eltropy’s ecosystem.

• Develop and enhance the capabilities of the developer platform and partner integrations.

• Lead integrations with core banking systems, loan origination platforms, account opening solutions, CRMs, eSignature/eNotary providers, and digital banking platforms.

• Advance Eltropy’s AI for All vision by empowering partners to create intelligent solutions and AI agents via the agentic AI marketplace.

• Manage complete product lifecycles from ideation and roadmap development to release and user adoption.

• Convert complex technical requirements into straightforward product specifications.

• Collaborate across teams utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Software Engineering, or a technical product role.

• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or platform-based products.

• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-departmental collaboration.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a talent for converting complex technical needs into clear product specifications.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles, from ideation and roadmap planning through to release and adoption.

• Experience with Atlassian’s Confluence and JIRA toolset.

• Knowledge of REST APIs and integration architectures.

• Familiarity with Agile development practices.

• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

• Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JSON, and APIs.

• Background working with financial institutions, fintech platforms, or financial services software.

• Knowledge of core banking systems, loan origination platforms, digital banking platforms, or CRMs.

• Experience in building or managing developer platforms or API ecosystems.

• Understanding of the operational dynamics of community banks and credit unions.

• Experience supporting partner integrations or marketplace ecosystems.

• Exposure to AI-driven platforms, automation tools, or agent-based AI systems.
