Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the roadmap by converting business goals and priorities into a practical roadmap for engineering and design teams.

• Collaborate with the Tech Lead on feature development and with UX/UI on design specifications.

• Work alongside the Project Manager to divide the roadmap into manageable sub-items and ensure timely delivery.

• Commit to and consistently achieve tangible milestones, including weekly status updates and documented decisions.

• Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients and effectively communicate the value of the product.

• Maintain alignment of the roadmap with Arionkoder's overall innovation strategy and engage directly with business stakeholders.

• Lead and drive innovation throughout the entire lifecycle of AI products.

• Proven experience in product management, preferably with exposure to AI solutions.

• Track record of leading product teams and overseeing comprehensive product development cycles.

• Proficiency in establishing and assessing product metrics to guarantee that the product meets performance and quality standards.

• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, capable of motivating teams and engaging stakeholders.

• Skilled in agile project management methodologies.

• In-depth understanding of user research practices and their implementation in product design and development.
