This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Define and steer the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management for labeling solutions.
• Foster innovation by recognizing market trends, customer demands, and emerging technologies.
• Supervise product development processes, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and profitability.
• Establish pricing strategies and value propositions that align with market positioning and margin objectives.
• Optimize the product portfolio to achieve a balance between growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Develop processes and conduct regular portfolio reviews, focusing on product performance, rationalization, and investment prioritization.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to align product offerings with manufacturing capabilities and scalability.
• Lead the new product introduction processes and stage-gate governance.
• Formulate and implement integrated marketing strategies to enhance demand, brand visibility, and customer engagement.
• Oversee market segmentation, competitive analysis, and customer insights to guide go-to-market strategies.
• Work alongside sales leadership to create effective selling tools, messaging, and training.
• Build and manage high-performing teams in product management, marketing, and portfolio strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, R&D, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure alignment and execution.
• Cultivate a customer-focused and innovation-driven culture.
• Manage the product line P&L, including revenue growth, margin performance, and ROI on product investments.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to product success, market share, and marketing effectiveness.
• Support annual planning, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Identify and enhance inefficient processes, create new processes where necessary, and establish clear levels of authority and decision-making guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, packaging, manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product development, commercialization, or strategic growth roles.
• Experience in labels, packaging, printing, converting, or a related manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from conception to launch.
• Strong business acumen, financial insight, and customer-facing leadership capabilities.
