This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ Define and steer the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management for labeling solutions.
β’ Foster innovation by recognizing market trends, customer demands, and emerging technologies.
β’ Supervise product development processes, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and profitability.
β’ Establish pricing strategies and value propositions that align with market positioning and margin objectives.
β’ Optimize the product portfolio to achieve a balance between growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
β’ Develop processes and conduct regular portfolio reviews, focusing on product performance, rationalization, and investment prioritization.
β’ Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to align product offerings with manufacturing capabilities and scalability.
β’ Lead the new product introduction processes and stage-gate governance.
β’ Formulate and implement integrated marketing strategies to enhance demand, brand visibility, and customer engagement.
β’ Oversee market segmentation, competitive analysis, and customer insights to guide go-to-market strategies.
β’ Work alongside sales leadership to create effective selling tools, messaging, and training.
β’ Build and manage high-performing teams in product management, marketing, and portfolio strategy.
β’ Collaborate with Sales, Operations, R&D, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure alignment and execution.
β’ Cultivate a customer-focused and innovation-driven culture.
β’ Manage the product line P&L, including revenue growth, margin performance, and ROI on product investments.
β’ Develop and monitor KPIs related to product success, market share, and marketing effectiveness.
β’ Support annual planning, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
β’ Identify and enhance inefficient processes, create new processes where necessary, and establish clear levels of authority and decision-making guidelines.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in business, engineering, packaging, manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred.
β’ 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product development, commercialization, or strategic growth roles.
β’ Experience in labels, packaging, printing, converting, or a related manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
β’ Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from conception to launch.
β’ Strong business acumen, financial insight, and customer-facing leadership capabilities.
β’ Experience in managing teams and driving enterprise-level change.
