This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the TaxSys value narrative by identifying, validating, and disseminating ROI, outcomes, benchmarks, and other evidence points.
β’ Create and enhance positioning, messaging, value propositions, and essential collateral.
β’ Enhance sales and demo enablement through the development of demo narratives, presentations, discovery guidance, objection handling, and pursuit support.
β’ Collaborate with Product and Client Success teams on client enablement and adoption initiatives, which include business reviews, webinars, guides, and communications.
β’ Assist in significant, multi-year implementations by providing client communications, milestone materials, and enablement content.
β’ Aid new market and partnership strategies through competitive analysis, persona development, RFP support, and market intelligence.
β’ Work alongside Content & Customer Marketing to produce case studies, reference stories, and other customer evidence.
β’ Monitor the effectiveness of TaxSys content, training, and campaigns, utilizing results to prioritize enhancements.
β’ Contribute to shaping the value narrative, enabling sales and demos, supporting client adoption, and expanding the platform into fresh markets.
β’ 5-7+ years of experience in product marketing for complex B2B software.
β’ Significant ownership of positioning, value and proof development, sales enablement, customer adoption, or market research.
β’ Background in marketing enterprise software to government sectors, particularly state or local government.
β’ Experience in tax administration, government finance, payments, systems of record, or other regulated markets is highly beneficial.
β’ Proven ability to transform product functionalities, customer outcomes, and market insights into credible proof, sales narratives, and enablement materials.
β’ Excellent strategic writing, presentation, and executive communication abilities.
β’ Capacity to influence cross-functional leaders without direct authority.
β’ Experience in developing adoption or client-enablement programs, preferably supporting major implementations.
β’ Quick learner of complex operational domains, adept at navigating ambiguity, and utilizing both qualitative and quantitative evidence to make informed decisions.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
β’ A technology-rich work environment that fosters collaboration across both remote and on-site settings.
β’ Up to 10% travel for occasional team gatherings, conferences, company meetings, and select client or project visits.
