This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
β’ Lead and guide the entire Product & Design organization, encompassing product management, product design, user research, market research, and creative initiatives.
β’ Foster innovative and high-performing product teams while mentoring product leaders.
β’ Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities.
β’ Partner with the CEO and General Managers to establish a product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives.
β’ Take ownership of the product experience and product team's outcomes, identifying and executing on high-impact opportunities.
β’ Balance revenue and growth objectives with customer requirements and high-quality experiences.
β’ Recognize risks and devise mitigation strategies for effective product delivery and customer satisfaction.
β’ Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to derive insights and drive solutions to market.
β’ Oversee the product lifecycle from the initial concept through to launch, maintenance, and retirement.
β’ Balance swift delivery with product quality and an excellent customer experience.
β’ Maintain an understanding of customer needs through direct engagement and market research.
β’ Lead generative research projects aimed at identifying product and business opportunities.
β’ Stay updated on relevant technological advancements and integrate them into the product domain.
β’ Minimum of 12 years in product management.
β’ At least 8 years of experience in people management.
β’ Proven experience leading teams of 20 or more.
β’ A minimum of 3 years managing or leading design and research teams.
β’ Demonstrated success with high-performing teams, product market success, and business achievements.
β’ Experience in leading consumer products from inception to growth stages.
β’ Strong operational versatility, capable of both strategic and tactical execution.
β’ Background in travel, fintech, or adtech (preferred but not mandatory).
β’ Direct experience leading User Experience Research (UXR) and research teams (preferred but not mandatory).
β’ Predominantly B2C experience (preferred but not mandatory).
β’ Experience in membership management (preferred but not mandatory).
β’ Mastery of Reforge principles (preferred but not mandatory).
β’ Experience managing remote teams across various disciplines (preferred but not mandatory).
β’ Collaborative experience with General Managers to develop a cohesive product strategy (preferred but not mandatory).
β’ Experience in Series C+ companies (preferred but not mandatory).
β’ Authorization to work in the US or Canada for at least the next 12 months.
