• Support designers in their professional development while encouraging creativity and innovation.

• Enhance design workflows and spearhead improved operational methods.

• Engage directly with clients to brainstorm and devise groundbreaking solutions.

• Convert brand strategy and business objectives into meaningful design systems and solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency across product and marketing channels.

• Experiment with AI technologies and incorporate new techniques into design processes.

• Showcase the team's solutions through compelling presentations.

• Build strong client relationships as a reliable creative partner and problem-solver.

• Involve in the entire process from initial discussions to delivery and continuous relationship enhancement.

• Guide and cultivate a top-tier design team.

• Mentor and supervise designers.

• Lead by example to inspire innovative thinking.

• Report directly to the CEO and Chief Experience Officer.

• Directly oversee four Design Directors.
