Agentic UX Designer – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create and integrate numerous brand-building jobs-to-be-done from 30 legacy tools into a cohesive information architecture and user-friendly agentic user flows.

• Develop high-fidelity, functional prototypes utilizing Claude, v0, or comparable code-adjacent frameworks.

• Directly convey prototypes to engineering teams for implementation.

• Assist in reviewing a legacy design system and contribute to defining updated component libraries and interaction patterns tailored for agentic AI workflows.

• Organize, conduct, and evaluate rapid usability testing using Maze.

• Quickly iterate in advance of executive milestones.

• Work collaboratively with product, engineering, and business teams to synchronize priorities.

• Lead design reviews and effectively communicate progress across various disciplines.

• Design and prototype a premier AI-driven Brand Building platform that consolidates 30 legacy tools and an extensive array of workflows.

• Foster stakeholder trust and align cross-functional teams around a common vision.

• Articulate complex design choices to both technical and non-technical audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in designing intricate software, SaaS platforms, or agentic/AI-driven workflow environments.

• Expertise in constructing interactive screens using code-generating rapid prototyping tools such as Claude, v0, Anima, or code-based Figma workflows.

• Proficient in transforming fragmented multi-tool systems into streamlined, scalable platform architectures.

• Awareness of design systems and their adaptation to chat, autonomy, canvas, and mixed-modality interactions.

• Practical experience with quantitative and qualitative user research platforms like Maze.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.

• Capable of managing stakeholder expectations and clearly presenting design rationale with confidence.

• Candidates should be located in Canada and have work hours aligned with ET or PT.
