This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +27 more states.
• Define the product vision for Revecore and convert the company mission into a cohesive product strategy.
• Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for all business lines.
• Enhance and articulate the value propositions of Revecore's solution offerings by leveraging market trends, operational metrics, and customer feedback.
• Manage and prioritize product tasks and delivery timelines across various business units and company initiatives.
• Lead and organize the Product team to achieve roadmaps and targeted outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Operations, Data, Client Success, Finance, and other functional leaders.
• Establish and uphold best practices in product management.
• Foster team education and cultivate a culture of critical thinking, organizational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Drive product outcomes and performance metrics while balancing immediate revenue goals with long-term strategic investments.
• Build, develop, hire, and enhance a high-capability Product Management organization.
• Provide thought leadership, coaching, and career development for Product Managers and team members.
• Advocate for customer-centric product decisions informed by data and customer feedback.
• Manage product communications for internal project teams, executive leadership, and corporate sponsors.
• Drive alignment across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Encourage informed, data-driven risk-taking and the identification of root causes and opportunities.
• Ensure the security, data privacy, and responsible management of highly sensitive personal data.
• Develop and present executive-level presentations on product strategy, roadmap progress, and business impact.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (required).
• 7+ years of experience in a senior product leadership position.
• Proven success at the SVP, Head of Product, or CPO level, leading a team in a high-growth setting focused on scaling.
• Experience in revenue cycles with client-facing product management, financial and operational controls, and analytics expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage long-term strategic and short-term tactical product roadmaps.
• Experience in driving product innovation and managing product portfolios through various lifecycle stages.
• Familiarity with handling highly sensitive personal data and ensuring its security.
• Understanding of big data and technology at scale.
• Proven experience in driving cross-functional alignment and influencing without authority in a matrixed environment with senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and experience thriving in rapidly evolving environments.
• Exceptional communication skills coupled with strong technical knowledge.
• Ability to engage effectively with engineering teams and articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Capability to independently investigate issues or guide a team to identify root causes and opportunities.
• Skills in product strategy and roadmap ownership across multiple business lines.
• Strong leadership and organizational development abilities.
• Proficient in executive communication and presentation skills for senior and board-level audiences.

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
