This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Establish and lead the enterprise product management function within the organization, focusing on artificial intelligence, workflow transformation, automation, and digital enablement.
• Identify significant opportunities, redesign workflows, define future-state operating models, and convert business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Own the product strategy, prioritization, governance, adoption, and value realization while collaborating with IT teams responsible for technical development and support.
• Build and manage a team dedicated to creating repeatable templates, workflows, business requirements, product roadmaps, and implementation frameworks.
• Establish and oversee an enterprise product portfolio for initiatives in AI, automation, workflow transformation, and digital enablement.
• Lead the intake, discovery, prioritization, and governance of product opportunities across clinical, operational, and corporate functions.
• Develop and sustain a rolling 12–18 month product roadmap that aligns with strategic priorities and business objectives.
• Assess opportunities based on value creation, scalability, complexity, organizational readiness, and return on investment.
• Provide executive leadership with visibility into the portfolio, priorities, investment recommendations, risks, dependencies, and metrics for value realization.
• Spearhead enterprise workflow redesign and identify opportunities for AI, automation, predictive analytics, and digital tools.
• Create future-state operating models, process maps, design standards, implementation frameworks, templates, playbooks, and solution blueprints.
• Translate business requirements into product specifications, user stories, workflow details, and business cases.
• Establish enterprise standards for product documentation and management.
• Facilitate alignment and prioritization among stakeholders with competing business needs.
• Act as the executive product owner for strategic transformation initiatives.
• Oversee testing, validation, and business acceptance of developed solutions.
• Collaborate with Information Technology, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, and business leaders to implement approved solutions.
• Participate in delivery governance, implementation reviews, and deployment planning.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and assess delivery outcomes.
• Support the transition of deployed solutions into ongoing operational support models.
• Establish governance standards for AI-enabled products and intelligent automation solutions.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and Information Security teams to ensure responsible deployment.
• Develop strategies for adoption, communication, and change management.
• Measure utilization, adoption, financial value, productivity improvements, and operational outcomes.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts after implementation.
• Build and lead a high-performing Product & AI Enablement team.
• Develop the organization’s capabilities in product management, workflow design, AI utilization, and business transformation.
• Mentor and cultivate future leaders in product and transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in product management, business transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, digital transformation, consulting, or technology-driven business leadership.
• 7+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Proven success in designing and implementing enterprise products, operating models, workflows, or digital solutions that yielded measurable business results.
• Experience in establishing product management disciplines, governance frameworks, roadmaps, prioritization methodologies, and portfolio management processes.
• Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, workflow automation, business process redesign, process orchestration, and digital enablement strategies.
• Experience in translating business objectives into product requirements, solution designs, and implementation plans.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and achieve alignment across diverse functional areas.
• Experience in leading organizational change management, adoption strategies, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in developing business cases, ROI analyses, and investment recommendations.
• Exceptional skills in executive communication, facilitation, and presentation.
• Proven capacity to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Experience in highly regulated environments that require governance, risk management, compliance, and stakeholder oversight.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare, payer, provider, value-based care, PACE, senior care, or population health.
• Preferred: Experience in establishing or leading an enterprise AI strategy, automation program, product organization, or transformation office.
• Preferred: Experience implementing Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI, workflow automation technologies, or related enterprise AI solutions.
• Preferred: Product leadership experience in multi-site, multi-state, or highly matrixed organizations.
• Preferred: Experience leading process redesign and digital transformation initiatives across clinical, operational, corporate, or shared services functions.
• Preferred: Understanding of data governance, analytics, machine learning, generative AI, and responsible AI principles.
• Preferred: Experience collaborating closely with software engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology teams.
• Preferred: Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Product Management, Prosci Change Management, or related certifications.
• Preferred: Experience in evaluating, selecting, and implementing enterprise technology solutions from concept to scale.
• Preferred: Proven success in building and developing high-performing product, transformation, or innovation teams.
