This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the national sales strategy for home infusion and specialty pharmacy growth in new and emerging markets.
• Lead, recruit, mentor, and cultivate both field and inside sales teams.
• Set clear objectives, accountability measures, and performance expectations.
• Create market expansion strategies for Immune Globulin, Specialty Pharmacy Infusion, Oral Oncology, and related service lines.
• Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, commission planning, and incentive initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, referral patterns, competitive landscape, and business performance to refine strategy and resource allocation.
• Attain new admissions, net revenue, gross profit, and market-development objectives through synchronized sales and operational plans.
• Oversee the inside sales function to enhance lead generation, opportunity qualification, and pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with Operations, Account Management, Marketing, Clinical, and executive teams to ensure effective implementation and service delivery.
• Strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, health systems, infusion centers, and other referral partners.
• Mentor sales representatives in the field, support strategic calls, and represent the organization at educational events, trade shows, and market functions.
• At least 10 years of experience in home infusion, infusion suites, specialty pharmacy, provider sales, or a closely related healthcare sector.
• A minimum of 10 years of direct sales or sales leadership experience engaging with physicians, hospitals, health systems, or provider organizations.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing field and inside sales teams across various markets.
• Proven ability to devise growth strategies, penetrate new markets, and achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, business acumen, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Experience in developing sales budgets, forecasts, commission plans, and performance management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel regularly and spend at least 50% of working hours in the field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Leadership experience within Immune Globulin, Specialty Pharmacy Infusion, Oral Oncology, or related specialty markets is preferred.
• Experience in expanding provider referral networks across national or multi-regional territories is preferred.
• For remote work, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload speed is required.
