This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the enterprise leader of the People Business Partner function and a trusted advisor to senior management.
• Define and continuously refine the global PBP operating model, encompassing role clarity, capabilities, governance, and effectiveness metrics.
• Establish, endorse, and oversee enterprise HR/People and PBP strategies that align with long-term business goals.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to weave HR/People initiatives into the overall business strategy.
• Champion employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Lead change management efforts during organizational transitions, restructuring, or growth phases.
• Partner with People Team leadership on talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and career progression.
• Identify and nurture high-potential employees for future leadership positions.
• Track People metrics and propose ongoing enhancements.
• Lead and develop the global PBP organization, including establishing goals and performance expectations.
• Coach and support PBP team members on intricate HR/People matters.
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of People initiatives and recognize trends.
• Ensure compliance across the enterprise, risk mitigation, and ethical application of People practices.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex issues related to people, performance, and employee relations.
• Prepare and deliver People metrics reports to senior leadership.
• Recruit, develop, coach, lead, and retain top-tier talent.
• Fulfill assigned performance goals, special projects, and other responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including substantial time in HR business partnering and organizational development.
• In-depth understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Experience functioning as an enterprise HR executive with decision-making authority, sound judgment, and influence among C-suite and senior leaders in complex settings.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in utilizing HR technology and analytics tools for decision-making purposes.
• Extensive knowledge of workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Capability to translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in complex HR scenarios.
• Proven ability to achieve measurable results and foster continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% per year.
• Must have a dedicated, secure workspace.
