This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with managers and leaders to enhance team health, performance, and growth.
• Conduct regular check-ins with managers and provide coaching on effective team leadership.
• Develop and manage toolkits, training, and resources for manager enablement.
• Work alongside the People Operations Lead on the AI-driven, evidence-based performance process, from design to manager support and calibration.
• Assist with leveling, promotion practices, expectation-setting, and team development initiatives.
• Collaborate with managers and new hires during their first 30, 60, and 90 days.
• Oversee employee relations for the teams and managers you support.
• Navigate sensitive situations and discussions with long-term judgment.
• Foster a positive culture in a distributed, services-oriented company, including promoting remote work principles, connection, and team rituals.
• Develop the learning and development strategy in partnership with external skills-training organizations.
• Implement listening mechanisms to convert feedback into actionable improvements.
• Design and execute people programs and policies from conception to implementation.
• Identify trends across managers and teams to formulate proactive action plans.
• Guide change management efforts and promote the adoption of new programs and policies.
• Connect people programs to business outcomes and demonstrate their value.
• Provide advice on team structure, role design, and workforce planning in collaboration with People Operations and Finance.
• Partner with Talent on leveling and onboarding senior hires, as well as with account and staffing leads on career growth pathways.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR business partnering within a high-growth company.
• Extensive background in performance management, organizational development, and manager enablement.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, with the discernment to engage the appropriate expertise when necessary.
• Evidence-based mindset, utilizing data and specifics to make and justify people-related decisions.
• Proven track record of designing sustainable programs and iterating thoughtfully and efficiently.
• Experience in change management that facilitates program adoption.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to link people initiatives to organizational outcomes.
• Proficient with AI tools in your work, possessing insights into their impact on people programs.
• Experience supporting distributed teams across various countries, including knowledge of employment law in those locations.
• Background in creating manager training or learning and development programs from the ground up.
• Familiarity with compensation and rewards systems, including leveling, bands, and compensation cycles.
• Experience with Rippling or a similar HRIS platform.
