📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering insights on team effectiveness, organizational design, employee relations, and people-related decisions.

• Oversee the daily management of the benefits program, which includes open enrollment, coordination with carriers, addressing employee inquiries, potential program transitions, and establishing feedback mechanisms.

• Develop streamlined systems and processes for the client base to enhance consistency while maintaining speed and flexibility.

• Collaborate with leadership on headcount planning, organizational structure, and adapting to the evolving needs of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in developing People programs within a fast-paced, high-growth environment or in a consulting capacity where adaptability and execution were as crucial as expertise.

• A builder's mindset with the capability to establish systems from the ground up and refine them as the organization grows.

• Strong HR business partnering skills with the ability to convert business objectives into actionable people strategies.

• Good judgment in handling sensitive employee matters, striking a balance between empathy and accountability.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and making headway without needing perfect information.

• A pragmatic approach to People Operations, emphasizing outcomes rather than adhering to processes for the sake of process.

• Familiarity with contemporary AI tools and a curiosity about leveraging technology to enhance internal workflows is advantageous.

• Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
