This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of recurring processes, oversee system health, troubleshoot issues, and act as a resource for People Operations, People Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition.
• Manage system security, allocate and uphold security roles, and conduct system and security audits.
• Configure, test, and implement daily enhancements, as well as quarterly and annual updates, People programs, upgrades, and releases.
• Evaluate new features, conduct regression tests, and assist stakeholders in preparing for changes.
• Write and execute test cases while documenting configurations, business processes, reporting, and integration timelines.
• Import large datasets and distribute policies and documents with comprehensive testing.
• Prepare and uphold SOX ITGC audit evidence and documentation for internal controls.
• Develop and sustain reports and dashboards; analyze cycle times and process data, and suggest configuration modifications.
• Educate and empower team members on their tools; research best practices and leverage AI to automate tasks and expedite analysis.
• Assist with cross-team projects and implementations, managing workstreams and delivering results on schedule.
• Practical HR technology experience, including familiarity with Workday configuration, testing, or system support.
• Knowledge of public company operating procedures, such as SOX ITGC controls, audit evidence, and change management.
• Experience in investigating issues, analyzing process data, and uncovering the “why” behind problems.
• Proficiency in using AI tools in daily tasks to automate processes, accelerate analysis, and enhance workflows.
• Experience in validating system changes and clearly documenting findings.
• Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling highly confidential information.
• A self-sufficient and ownership-driven mindset.
• A collaborative and customer-centric approach.
• Preferred but not mandatory: experience with Serval, Greenhouse, Slack, or Google Workspace; creating reports and dashboards; supporting implementations, upgrades, or releases, including regression testing; or working in a fast-paced, fully remote, or async-first tech environment.
