This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the Business Development team; establish performance targets, manage pipeline standards, and develop growth strategies across all business sectors.
• Generate ideas, present, structure, negotiate, and finalize large-scale strategic marketing and distribution partnerships.
• Take ownership of the partnership revenue line, including forecasting pipeline, analyzing deal economics, and optimizing the portfolio for executive leadership and the Board.
• Build and sustain relationships with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders at strategic affiliates, financial institutions, platforms, and media partners.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance teams on partner onboarding, technical integration, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage financial modeling, opportunity sizing, and quantitative frameworks for risk/reward analysis.
• Analyze competitive markets in digital lending, insurance, and online financial marketplaces to identify new growth opportunities.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales.
• 3 to 5 years in a senior leadership position overseeing direct reports.
• Demonstrated success in closing and scaling multi-million-dollar strategic partnerships within fintech, consumer lending, mortgage, insurance, or digital marketplaces.
• Extensive knowledge of affiliate networks, performance marketing partnerships, co-branded funnels, and intricate commercial deal structures.
• Strong technical and financial expertise, including API/technical integrations and complex revenue-sharing models.
• Outstanding executive presence and presentation capabilities.
• Well-established network of executive-level connections across financial media, fintech companies, banks, and major publisher networks.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
