This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement the strategy for partnerships and alliances.
• Develop and enhance the comprehensive partner program, encompassing recruitment, segmentation, onboarding, enablement, certification, activation, and productivity ramp-up.
• Create market routes through reseller, co-sell, agency, consultancy, systems integration, technology, and data channels.
• Identify, structure, operationalize, and monetize strategic technology and data collaborations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, R&D, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to initiate and expand complex partnerships.
• Design the partner organization and talent acquisition strategy, recruit channel leaders, and establish operational rhythms.
• Develop partner-facing strategies, value propositions, enablement materials, commercial frameworks, and contracts.
• Establish processes for partner prioritization, performance management, pipeline visibility, and investment.
• Propel partner program acceleration, multi-channel growth, technology and data monetization, organizational development, cross-functional execution, and partner productivity.
• Evaluate partner program maturity, recruitment, onboarding, activation, partner-sourced and partner-influenced business, strategic partnership impact, joint go-to-market effectiveness, and organizational scalability.
• Executive-level experience in developing, launching, or significantly scaling SaaS partner and alliance programs, with demonstrated evidence of program maturity and business impact.
• Proven track record in building and scaling partner organizations within SaaS companies generating between $100M and $500M in ARR.
• Experience in designing partner operating models, defining channel ownership, establishing performance metrics, and increasing partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
• Profound knowledge of reseller and co-sell channels.
• Ideally, experience with boutique systems integrators, go-to-market consultancies, revenue operations firms, and revenue technology specialists.
• Familiarity with agency business models and partnerships with technology providers.
• Experience in developing technology, integration, and data partnerships alongside Product and R&D teams.
• Strong commercial acumen, including creating monetization models, negotiating partnership terms, and balancing strategic value with execution needs.
• Extensive industry network with the ability to attract, assess, and develop high-quality partner talent.
• Excellent executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on, agile leadership approach.
• Sales or business development experience is advantageous.
