This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement an enterprise go-to-market strategy that is aligned with the Health Systems business strategy, focusing on acquiring new logos, managing the sales pipeline, executing sales, ensuring Customer Success, and driving retention and expansion.
• Create a repeatable enterprise playbook that spans sales, implementation, customer success, and net revenue retention (NRR).
• Build and lead the Enterprise Sales and Customer Success team.
• Cultivate relationships with senior executives in health systems and oversee complex enterprise opportunities from initial engagement to closure.
• Manage pipeline strategy, forecasting, deal execution, and performance metrics against revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership on positioning, pricing strategies, contracting, and product development.
• Oversee the customer success lifecycle post-sale, which includes implementation, adoption, executive engagement, value realization, retention, renewal, and expansion.
• Establish and monitor customer health metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), renewal rates, NRR, and product expansion.
• Foster strategic, long-term relationships with enterprise clients and identify growth opportunities across markets, facilities, populations, and service lines.
• Act as the customer advocate, providing structured market insights to Product, Clinical, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
• Lead Enterprise Sales and Customer Success for Hospital at Home, collaborating with Product, Clinical, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to establish a repeatable and scalable enterprise business.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise healthcare technology, digital health, healthcare services, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in leading enterprise sales and commercial teams targeting health systems.
• Proven history of significantly increasing revenue through new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts.
• Successful track record in selling complex, high-value software or technology-enabled solutions to large health systems.
• In-depth knowledge of how health systems assess, procure, implement, and expand enterprise technology and clinical solutions.
• Experience in developing repeatable enterprise sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and account expansion initiatives.
• Strong preference for experience in leading Customer Success, Account Management, and other post-sale commercial functions.
• Ability to articulate clear clinical, operational, and financial value propositions.
• Established network and credibility with senior health system executives.
• Competence in engaging effectively with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CMOs, CNOs, CIOs, and other senior leaders.
• Strong commercial acumen regarding segmentation, pricing, deal structuring, resource allocation, and account prioritization.
• Preferred experience with Hospital at Home, care at home, virtual care, remote patient monitoring (RPM), population health, value-based care, or healthcare technology.
• Strong executive presence complemented by a hands-on operational approach.
• Ability to instill structure, focus, urgency, and accountability in a dynamic business environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
