Partnerships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and monetize the ecosystem of hotel technology and PMS providers, distribution channels, hospitality consultants, and resellers.

• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue in alignment with annual targets.

• Create a consistent rhythm of newly signed partnerships with consultants and integrations.

• Onboard, certify, and continually empower partners.

• Implement joint go-to-market strategies with Marketing, including content creation, campaigns, and events.

• Negotiate and structure commercially beneficial agreements.

• Assess portfolio performance, amplify successful activities, and phase out ineffective ones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management, preferably within the SaaS or hospitality technology sectors.

• Proven track record of generating pipeline and closing revenue through partnerships.

• Proficient in structuring commercial terms and negotiating contracts.

• Capability to formulate partnership frameworks and agreements.

• Genuine need to collaborate with Claude, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code, or the ability to quickly adapt workflows in these systems.

• Comfortable engaging in discussions about APIs, integrations, and guest data architecture with product teams.

• Fluent in English is essential.

• Proficiency in an additional European language is a significant advantage.

• Strong ability to collaborate effectively across product, marketing, and sales teams.

• Located in the EU with the right to work.
