This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the growth strategy and commercial performance for a portfolio consisting of 5 strategic partners.
• Create joint business plans that encompass target markets, key solutions, ideal customer profiles, revenue opportunities, relationship maps, and quarterly priorities.
• Evaluate partnership potential and performance, directing resources towards high-value opportunities.
• Develop joint value propositions and implement collaborative go-to-market initiatives, including account mapping, campaigns, field engagement, opportunity registration, co-selling, and executive sponsorship.
• Generate a pipeline of $15–$30 million from partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities, aiming to deliver $5–$10 million in new annual bookings.
• Guide partner-originated opportunities through the processes of qualification, solution alignment, executive engagement, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Establish clear ownership, engagement rules, and handoffs between MedeAnalytics and partner teams.
• Maintain forecasts and track the attribution of partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and MedeAnalytics-led opportunities.
• Create a repeatable partner operating model that includes planning, enablement, opportunity management, governance, reporting, and performance reviews.
• Develop playbooks, templates, sales assets, training resources, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, thought leadership, and account-based programs.
• Work closely with Sales Enablement, Product, Solution Consulting, Services, and Customer Success to support partner teams.
• Utilize performance data and field feedback to enhance the program and replicate successful strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with partner executives, alliance leaders, sales teams, product leaders, and field teams.
• Set up executive sponsorship and governance schedules for each partner.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews that encompass pipeline, bookings, market activity, enablement, relationship coverage, delivery dependencies, and corrective actions.
• Align partner priorities and incentives with MedeAnalytics’ growth goals while resolving any conflicts.
• Represent MedeAnalytics in partner leadership meetings, joint customer discussions, industry events, and strategic forums.
• Coordinate efforts among Sales, Marketing, Product, Solution Consulting, Services, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and executive leadership.
• Translate partner and market insights into actionable recommendations for product strategy, packaging, messaging, enablement, and go-to-market priorities.
• Lead internal portfolio reviews and ensure CRM hygiene, opportunity attribution, forecasting, activity tracking, and executive reporting are maintained.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 12 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, channel sales, business development, or enterprise sales within healthcare technology, data and analytics, SaaS, consulting, or a related field.
• Proven track record of generating significant pipeline and bookings through a focused portfolio of strategic partners.
• Demonstrated ability to formulate joint business plans, co-selling strategies, account-mapping initiatives, partner enablement, and executive governance.
• Experience managing complex, multi-party enterprise opportunities from inception to contract execution.
• Strong understanding of healthcare technology purchasing environments and the ability to link data, analytics, AI, workflow, and advisory capabilities to measurable customer priorities.
• Capability to grasp the business value of integrated solutions and collaborate effectively with product and technical teams without being the technical integration owner.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong discipline in managing pipeline, forecasting, performance reporting, and CRM usage.
• Experience in healthcare analytics, enterprise data platforms, AI, population health, value-based care, or financial and operational performance solutions is highly valued.
• Familiarity with partner economics, referral and resale models, joint solution packaging, revenue attribution, and alliance performance measurement is highly valued.
• Willingness to travel for partner planning, customer meetings, and industry events.
