Growth Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with patients, parents, and caregivers who are eligible to introduce them to Flourish Health's mental health services.

• Present a compelling case for why Flourish represents the ideal next step in their care.

• Actively listen to comprehend each family's distinct needs and identify obstacles to receiving care.

• Assist families in making an informed decision to schedule a consultation.

• Navigate difficult discussions with families who may feel frustrated, skeptical, overwhelmed, or hesitant.

• Address concerns with empathy while guiding conversations toward the intended outcome.

• Maintain control of each call's flow and keep conversations on track.

• Schedule appointments with patients and caregivers through the Flourish Clinical Admissions Team.

• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure readiness and understanding, thereby minimizing drop-off rates.

• Reschedule consultations as needed to accommodate patients' availability.

• Accurately document all interactions and remain accountable for conversion and scheduling results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional listening abilities and an empathetic approach, combined with the skill to direct a conversation toward a specific objective.

• Prior experience in patient or customer relations, sales, or a patient-facing role, ideally within the healthcare sector.

• Experience in consultative or outbound calling is highly advantageous.

• Comfort in managing a high volume of phone interactions, including resilience when addressing objections and declined outcomes.

• Proven capability to de-escalate complex, emotional discussions while preserving warmth and clarity.

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and a commitment to maintaining strict patient confidentiality.

• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with CRMs, scheduling applications, and call documentation.

• Preference for candidates willing to work evening hours in the Eastern Time zone (5-8 PM ET).

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
