This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement executive, employee, and customer advocacy initiatives that align with CTM’s strategic objectives.
• Enhance the visibility of CTM executives, subject matter experts, and customer insights across various external platforms.
• Establish scalable frameworks that foster employee engagement and thought leadership.
• Create distribution and amplification strategies for campaigns, research, webinars, events, and strategic content.
• Adapt content into channel-specific formats for social media, digital platforms, community outreach, and media channels.
• Identify external amplification opportunities via partnerships, guest contributions, syndication, and industry publications.
• Assist speakers, contributors, and stakeholders by providing briefing materials and promotional support.
• Strengthen CTM’s presence within industry communities, associations, professional networks, and influencer ecosystems.
• Discover opportunities to enhance visibility among buyers, consultants, analysts, and industry stakeholders.
• Facilitate engagement related to industry events, market trends, and emerging discussions.
• Cultivate relationships with relevant external communities and industry groups.
• Position CTM leaders as respected voices in the industry through visibility strategies.
• Identify opportunities for speaking engagements, podcasts, webinars, interviews, and external commentary.
• Support executive visibility across key professional and social platforms.
• Convert strategic narratives into compelling content that drives engagement, credibility, and influence.
• Track audience growth, engagement, participation in advocacy, referral traffic, external mentions, and share of voice.
• Assess amplification performance and pinpoint opportunities to broaden reach and influence.
• Provide insights and recommendations aimed at enhancing visibility, engagement, and discoverability.
• Report on program performance, audience growth, and market impact.
• Function independently and collaboratively while upholding CTM’s core values: Connect, Deliver, and Evolve.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in increasing audience engagement across social, digital, and professional channels.
• Experience in managing executive advocacy, employee advocacy, or community-building efforts.
• Ability to analyze audience and engagement data to guide strategic recommendations.
• Experience in the travel industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of B2B audience growth, content distribution, and demand generation.
• Comprehensive understanding of LinkedIn, professional networks, communities, and emerging digital channels.
• Confidence in utilizing AI tools for experimentation.
• Capacity to design, develop, and continually enhance repeatable workflows.
• Comfort with tracking activity metrics, conversion rates, engagement, referral traffic, share of voice, and advocacy outcomes.
• Strong grasp of executive advocacy, employee advocacy, and influence-building techniques.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read and interpret information effectively.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage simultaneous requests effectively.
• Regular and dependable attendance is required.
• Domestic and international travel may be necessary.
