This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the GMV results for a portfolio consisting of about 15 mid-tier brand partners.
• Establish and sustain relationships with brand stakeholders.
• Conduct regular brand meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Serve as the representative of Archive to senior brand stakeholders and executives.
• Address missed targets, manage scope disputes, and handle escalations.
• Create and oversee growth strategies and expansion plans for each brand.
• Lead discussions on expansion in current markets and collaborate on entering new markets.
• Develop analytics, forecasting, and detailed P&Ls to monitor and enhance portfolio profitability.
• Formulate business cases for strategic investments and propose upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Commercial leadership regarding contracts and pricing strategies.
• Work with Marketing on cross-functional projects, brand summits, and event speakers.
• Coordinate with Customer Success to address escalated support and storefront challenges.
• Engage with CX on matters related to the B2C customer experience.
• Collaborate with Product to prioritize impactful and profitable features.
• Proven experience managing revenue outcomes for a high-volume portfolio of brand or client accounts in customer success, account management, or a commercial position.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities; adept at managing competing timelines across a substantial account portfolio.
• Charismatic, determined, and positive; skilled at addressing pushback and persuading stakeholders with new concepts.
• Possess executive presence; capable of engaging with senior brand stakeholders in settings such as QBRs.
• Self-driven leadership and complete accountability for account management.
• Innovative and resourceful in problem-solving.
• Proficient in using AI tools.
• Eager to prototype reports, workflows, and tools in Claude.
• Experience in the e-commerce, retail, or resale/recommerce sectors (preferred).
• Background in a high-growth B2B SaaS or marketplace environment (preferred).
• Candidates must reside in the United States; applications from outside the US will not be considered.
