This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +14 more states.
• Oversee the creation of innovative insurance product concepts and health solutions, which include industry-specific offerings, employer-subsidized products, and ICHRA solutions.
• Convert enterprise and product strategies into initial designs, value propositions, and business cases.
• Discover opportunities by analyzing member requirements, health disparities, employer needs, and market trends.
• Advance concept refinement towards scalable and market-ready solutions.
• Integrate employer-subsidized and hybrid market opportunities into the innovation pipeline and strategic roadmap.
• Examine employer-subsidized insurance options, such as ICHRA-compliant and hybrid ACA/employer models.
• Identify possibilities for expansion into employer-adjacent markets through collaborations with employers, brokers, and third-party platforms.
• Create adaptable product structures that enable employer contributions while ensuring QHP compliance and scalability.
• Assess go-to-market strategies for offerings aimed at employers.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and member insights to guide innovation priorities.
• Assist in sizing opportunities and providing inputs for business cases for new concepts.
• Establish strategies for winning and differentiation at market and segment levels.
• Investigate employer market dynamics, broker impact, and shifts in distribution channels.
• Collaborate with product design, clinical, network, actuarial, corporate strategy, and growth teams.
• Manage contributions and timelines from brainstorming through pilot phases and launch.
• Work alongside Sales, Broker Strategy, Market Leadership, and Growth teams on designing employer-facing solutions and growth strategies.
• Aid in documentation and partnership agreement processes.
• Support the execution of pilots and initial stage programs.
• Monitor performance, collect insights, and summarize findings.
• Advise on whether to refine, pivot, or discontinue product concepts.
• Lead teams in developing requirements and facilitating implementation.
• Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Execute other assigned duties.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Over 6 years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, product management (ACA or Small Group), or corporate strategy.
• Proven experience in product development, consumer journey mapping, improvement strategies, or pilot initiatives.
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
