This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive experimentation and optimization strategy.
• Develop hypotheses based on data, prioritize testing initiatives, define variant assets, and conduct post-test evaluations.
• Enhance landing pages to improve ad relevance, message alignment, and boost Google Ads/Meta Quality Scores.
• Uphold SEO best practices across landing pages focused on conversion.
• Design, set up, execute, quality assure, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests using enterprise-level testing tools.
• Make minor updates to content, copy, and logic on WordPress landing pages utilizing Breakdance Builder.
• Collaborate with web developers on essential development, technical implementations, and tracking integrations.
• Examine user behavior, identify funnel drop-offs, assess form friction, and analyze conversion paths using GA4 and Hotjar.
• Map custom events and triggers to ensure the accuracy of test metrics.
• Optimize form submissions, digital quote engine completions, digital enrollments, and click-to-call actions.
• Work in conjunction with Paid Media, SEO, UX/UI Design, and Web Development teams.
• Create performance dashboards and report conversion increases and acquisition cost savings to marketing leadership.
• Leverage generative AI to generate copy variations, expedite wireframing, and analyze qualitative feedback.
• Minimum of 4 years of specialized experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), web optimization, or growth marketing.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing conversion rates and managing testing roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of paid acquisition channels, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with on-page SEO principles, header tags, content hierarchy, and layouts designed for conversion.
• Fundamental understanding of WordPress and modern visual/block frameworks; experience with Breakdance Builder or similar is preferred.
• Knowledge of how tracking scripts and element styling affect PageSpeed scores.
• Advanced proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Capability to establish custom events and triggers for metric validation.
• Practical experience with enterprise testing suites, preferably Optimizely; VWO or other platforms are acceptable.
• Basic understanding of UX principles.
• Elementary knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience in lead-generation sectors such as Healthcare, Insurance, FinTech, or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in using generative AI tools for generating copy variations, wireframing, qualitative feedback analysis, and enhancing testing efficiency.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States.
