This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with the company's objectives and unit economics.
• Develop models for coverage, territory, and segments within the revenue organization.
• Allocate workforce and budget based on ROI and existing constraints.
• Establish an operational rhythm to ensure forecast accuracy and quota achievement.
• Scale effective go-to-market strategies across various segments.
• Create sales enablement resources that include messaging, objection handling, discovery, onboarding, and coaching.
• Implement quality assurance measures such as call scoring, pipeline maintenance, and deal evaluations.
• Develop a scalable leadership pipeline and organizational structure.
• Define hiring criteria, performance benchmarks, and accountability standards.
• Manage organizational capacity planning and the definitions of revenue and leading indicators.
• Oversee the architecture of go-to-market systems, including CRM and related tools.
• Propel automation efforts to minimize manual tasks and enforce standards.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams to align on revenue priorities and shared metrics.
• Lead significant changes in organization, processes, and compensation structures.
• Report directly to the CEO and be a vital member of the management team.
• Activate new hospitals and veterinary providers while enhancing marketplace volume through provider engagement initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in marketplace sales or B2B SMB and mid-market services with a quota-carrying role.
• Strong executive presence and effective, board-ready communication skills.
• Proven ability to build successful teams, recruit talent, upgrade personnel fairly and swiftly, and foster a coaching culture.
• Experience in creating accurate forecasts, implementing measurable sales processes, and maintaining clean sales pipelines.
• Comfortable connecting decisions to metrics and unit economics.
• Excellent collaboration skills with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams.
• Ability to lead a cohesive revenue strategy and design the sales organization.
• Capability to work remotely; employees based in San Francisco are required to follow a hybrid work model.
