📋 Description

• Oversee and assess incoming leads from a vast pool of thousands of potential clients

• Reach out to prospective customers and arrange initial consultations

• Guide clients and influence them through to the signing of contracts

• Establish and nurture relationships with prospects and clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings

• Manage the complete sales process operationally, from lead qualification to contract finalization

• Utilize modern communication and collaboration tools in a fully remote setting

• Advance towards specialization as a Closer or Account Executive

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in telephone-based or consultative sales, such as a Setter, Closer, Sales Manager, or Account Manager, with verifiable achievements

• Career changers with relevant experience in intensive, target-oriented customer interactions are encouraged to apply, provided they can demonstrate a sales mindset and initial successes

• Exceptional communication and persuasive abilities

• Strong negotiation skills and a high level of customer orientation

• Native-level proficiency in German
