This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Formulate and implement growth strategies for Hemostasis (Coagulation) within designated territories and specialties.
• Focus on enterprise accounts, devising competitive conversion strategies, enhancing the installed base and portfolio penetration, and planning for multi-year revenue growth.
• Manage complex sales cycles that include executive discovery, stakeholder mapping, business-case development, competitive positioning, contract strategy, negotiation support, close planning, and alignment on implementation.
• Foster executive sponsorship and build trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite executives, laboratory, clinical, procurement, operations, IT, finance, and health system leaders.
• Develop integrated automation and informatics value propositions linked to Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Coordinate team-selling efforts across Diagnostics Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Technical Applications, Informatics, Service, Finance, Contracting, and implementation teams.
• Take ownership of commercial execution for a senior territory portfolio, which includes funnel management, opportunity risk assessment, forecast accuracy, CRM governance, strategic account planning, business reviews, and addressing growth barriers.
• Act as the regional subject matter expert on Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Shape strategic initiatives, assist with launch readiness, enhance competitive intelligence, and influence priorities for specialty portfolio growth.
• Measure customer impact through various metrics such as operational efficiency, labor utilization, standardization, analyzer productivity, assay consolidation, cost-to-serve, revenue opportunities, risk mitigation, and total ownership value.
• Create executive-level growth plans for key accounts to increase market share, safeguard at-risk business, generate referenceable customers, enhance loyalty, and deliver quantifiable commercial, operational, and clinical outcomes.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, hospital sales, healthcare systems, specialty diagnostics, strategic accounts, or corporate account management is preferred.
• Proven track record in leading enterprise-level sales engagements across hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, academic medical centers, and corporate accounts.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at executive, operational, clinical, IT, laboratory, finance, and procurement levels.
• Extensive commercial expertise in capital equipment, automation, informatics, reagents, consumables, and connected diagnostic solutions.
• Direct experience in Hemostasis (Coagulation) is strongly preferred; experience in hematology, plasma protein, or broader laboratory diagnostics is valued.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is required.
• Experience using Miller Heiman is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Advanced capability to lead without formal authority, collaborate across cross-functional teams, influence internal priorities, and drive accountability within complex, matrixed commercial pursuits.
• Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, senior decision-maker interaction, consultative selling, and translating business value.
• A history of exceeding growth targets, increasing market share, displacing competitors, advancing strategic opportunities, and establishing sustainable customer partnerships.
• Proficient in computer applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Candidates must reside within the designated territory and comply with travel requirements.
• A valid driver's license in the state of residence is mandatory.
• No prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations, unless prohibited by state/local law.
• Must fulfill applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may entail valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
