This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Deliver professional information, presentations, and marketing of relevant AbbVie products to specialists in offices and hospitals, adhering to Section 75 of the German Medicinal Products Act (AMG).
• Promote and market products according to the needs of target groups and the established brand strategy through an omnichannel approach.
• Plan, organize, and execute training events while participating in regional and national events.
• Continuously evaluate the market to analyze sales trends for both own products and competitors.
• Recognize opportunities and key developments, formulating strategic actions for targeting and account plans.
• Create, coordinate, and execute a territory plan in collaboration with the in-field team.
• Collect market intelligence and customer insights, assessing customers’ stages in the sales cycle.
• Maintain consistent communication with regional management, colleagues, and various cross-functional teams.
• Actively and continually advocate for customer needs.
• Share responsibility for meeting regional targets.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and punctually, providing professional reporting.
• Adhere to all legal, regulatory, ethical, and compliance standards.
• A completed university degree in a natural science field.
• Successful completion of pharmaceutical sales representative training or possess the necessary expertise under Section 75 of the German Medicinal Products Act (AMG).
• Field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Capability to present intricate scientific information in a manner tailored to target groups and engage with diverse customer demographics.
• Strong persuasive skills and a results-driven personality with exceptional communication abilities.
• High level of agility and motivation to set and achieve goals.
