This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Directly oversee and cultivate the talents of Parachute's Enablement Directors, setting operational rhythms, objectives, and pathways for career progression.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture prospective enablement team members as the function expands.
• Establish benchmarks for enablement excellence and provide coaching to the enablement team.
• Take ownership of the Enablement Program across Supplier, Health System, Clinician Activation, and Payor sales initiatives.
• Manage new-hire onboarding and ramp-up processes for BDR and AE positions, aiming to decrease time-to-first-deal and time-to-quota.
• Monitor seller productivity metrics, including quality of activities, pipeline development, and quota achievement.
• Promote HubSpot adoption and ensure consistent maintenance of pipeline data hygiene.
• Create and sustain sales playbooks, including strategies for Lead Attack and speed-to-lead initiatives.
• Oversee the Supplier Sales Representative program, encompassing curriculum development, certification, and resource materials.
• Develop Channel Enablement strategies for the wider partner ecosystem.
• Evaluate partner-sourced activities and productivity levels.
• Construct content frameworks and certification programs tailored for seller-facing roles.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations on current messaging, positioning, and communication strategies.
• Conduct call reviews, deal coaching, and skill enhancement based on actual pipeline and call scenarios.
• Provide training for frontline sales leaders and offer direct coaching to sales leaders.
• Identify skill gaps and devise targeted development programs.
• Leverage Gong and pipeline data to pinpoint effective field practices and develop scalable coaching methods.
• Work alongside Revenue Operations, Revenue Systems, Data Analytics, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to convert strategy into actionable plans.
• Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for enablement outcomes and supported sales teams.
• Represent the Enablement function in planning processes and deliver insights from a seller's perspective.
• Over 10 years of experience in revenue enablement, sales training, or a similar revenue leadership position, including a minimum of 5 years leading teams.
• Proven history of building or significantly expanding an enablement function, rather than merely operating an established one.
• Experience supporting diverse sales motions or segments (e.g., enterprise, mid-market, channel, or partner), with a background in healthcare or other intricate B2B2C environments being an advantage.
• Proven expertise in enabling partners or channels that sell on your behalf, rather than just direct employees.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Practical experience with a CRM (HubSpot preferred), an enablement platform, and conversation intelligence tools (such as Gong or similar).
• Proficiency in building and interpreting reports on ramp time, content utilization, and representative performance.
• Experience designing curricula, certification programs, and coaching frameworks from the ground up.
• Develops sustainable systems rather than one-off presentations.
• Utilizes data for coaching rather than relying on anecdotal evidence.
• Capable of leading and scaling a team with equal proficiency in both strategy and execution.
• Exhibits executive presence that commands respect from sales leadership, the executive team, and on the sales floor.
• Collaborates effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations teams.
• Brings structure to ambiguous situations and operates with a sense of urgency.
