This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +25 more states.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 3 RevOps Specialists/Analysts.
• Oversee the allocation of workloads and promote career growth.
• Supervise daily Deal Desk operations related to sales activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Sales leadership on approvals for non-standard deals, discounts, and contract terms.
• Create, implement, and uphold a structured framework for RevOps project intake, ticketing, and prioritization.
• Manage cross-functional go-to-market requests with established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Author, maintain, and enforce operational documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical workflows, system architecture diagrams, and playbooks.
• Ensure consistency in business-as-usual (BAU) operations across merged platforms.
• Oversee the complete account assignment lifecycle and territory engagement rules.
• Coordinate quota and commission calculations in collaboration with Finance.
• Act as an operational expert for the integrated technology stack.
• Guarantee high data integrity, seamless workflow integration, and tool utilization.
• Report directly to the VP of Revenue Operations & Data.
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations in a B2B SaaS context.
• 2+ years of direct experience in people management, successfully coaching and developing operational team members.
• Practical experience in managing a Deal Desk.
• Familiarity with account and territory assignment rules.
• Experience in administering variable compensation and commission structures.
• Strong technical and operational knowledge of Salesforce.
• Direct experience with essential go-to-market tech tools, or similar platforms like HubSpot, Gong, and Chili Piper.
• Proven ability to design operational frameworks from the ground up, including intake and prioritization processes.
• Experience in drafting comprehensive process documentation.
• Background in post-merger or post-acquisition settings, particularly in system consolidation, change management, and BAU transition.
• Familiarity with incentive compensation management systems such as QuotaPath, CaptivateIQ, or Spiff.
• Must reside in one of the eligible U.S. states listed.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
