This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate a revenue strategy through market segmentation and enhancements in operations.

• Design, implement, and lead operational enhancements that foster partner growth.

• Examine current data and outline partner workflows across marketing, sales, and service departments.

• Conduct gap analyses and prioritize revenue initiatives.

• Guide partners in crafting and executing go-to-market strategies.

• Oversee projects to ensure they are executed on schedule.

• Propel organizational change management and involve senior stakeholders.

• Take ownership of key projects that enhance performance in marketing, sales, and service.

• Create and implement data-driven RevOps strategies that align across marketing, sales, and service.

• Recognize operational deficiencies, enhance processes, and utilize KPIs to boost efficiency and revenue outcomes.

• Steer partners and stakeholders through strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment, adoption, and effective organizational change.

• Manage projects from strategy formulation to execution, guaranteeing measurable results and an outstanding partner experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in relevant sales and marketing operations roles within high-growth companies OR a minimum of 3 years in a professional services delivery role (functional, technical, or project/program management).

• Strong ability to lead meetings, facilitate discussions, communicate effectively, and guide stakeholders towards decisions.

• Capability to map partner processes across marketing, sales, and service to create a gap analysis and prioritize revenue initiatives.

• Proficiency in deconstructing complex problems into manageable parts and systematically identifying solutions.

• Skills to define and manage KPIs, using insights to formulate and execute revenue strategies.

• Demonstrated experience in project and organizational management.

• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and take ownership of key project deliveries.

• Expertise in HubSpot or strong familiarity with the platform.
