This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of sales contracts, encompassing drafting, execution, renewal, and termination.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to create, draft, and customize SaaS agreements.
• Ensure that contract terms align with client needs and meet Gracenote’s sales objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to optimize contract workflows.
• Maintain compliance and ensure prompt contract execution.
• Enforce Gracenote’s contracting standards and legal requirements.
• Work alongside Sales Leadership to prioritize agreements and oversee the approval process.
• Finalize contract terms in conjunction with the Legal team.
• Establish new policies and procedures for contract acceptance.
• Utilize Salesforce to create, manage, and update contracts.
• Uphold high standards of contract data accuracy and integrity.
• Draft licensed data agreements for the Video, Sports, Studio System, Music, and Auto sectors.
• 5-8+ years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of contract law and business practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Experienced with contract management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is essential.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems is advantageous.
• Skilled in contract drafting and review.
• Competent in risk assessment.
• Effective time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data management.
• Previous experience in the SaaS industry or a similar field is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various international and domestic time zones.
