This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more countries.
• Report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations.
• Convert business needs into scalable systems and process solutions.
• Take ownership of the business logic and comprehensive design of the revenue process, from opportunity to order, billing, and revenue.
• Transform commercial requirements into business specifications and system documents.
• Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to deliver solutions aligned with processes.
• Oversee CRM and revenue data management, including configuration, fields, views, lists, user requirements, data uploads, prospect and account data, segmentation, enrichment, deduplication, and data hygiene.
• Manage revenue data governance, including definitions, quality standards, necessary information, ownership, and controls.
• Lead the revenue technology roadmap and enhance the revenue technology stack.
• Identify enhancement opportunities across CRM, sales engagement, conversation intelligence, billing, Sales Navigator, and revenue enablement platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to enhance adoption, data discipline, and operational methods.
• Document processes, ensure consistent execution, and challenge unnecessary complexity or weak governance.
• Proficient in advanced English.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Revenue Systems, Commercial Operations, or a related business systems role.
• Strong grasp of how CRM, data, and technology support commercial operations.
• Extensive experience managing CRM business processes and logic.
• Practical experience operating and administering a CRM.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including independently handling daily business-level administration, configuration, and data management.
• Experience in managing CRM and commercial data at scale, including imports and uploads, field and list management, segmentation, deduplication, and data quality assurance.
• Proven experience in designing, documenting, and governing end-to-end commercial processes.
• Strong skills in process mapping.
• Excellent commercial and operational judgment.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams to convert business requirements into clear system solutions.
• Experience leading data governance or data quality initiatives in a multi-market organization.
