This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all product marketing initiatives and competitive intelligence efforts at Cyera.
• Craft the narrative for the Cyera AI Trust platform along with the Data Security, Agent Security, and Identity Security portfolios.
• Develop and sustain a messaging framework that spans from the platform level to portfolio, product, and use case.
• Convert the product roadmap into structured launches, launch narratives, coordinated events, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation, Brand, and Communications teams to drive attention and create a pipeline from product launches.
• Create field and partner enablement materials, including first-call narratives, demo storylines, competitive positioning, objection handling techniques, and certification processes.
• Share responsibility for analyst strategy and execution, engaging in briefings and inquiries with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and emerging analysts.
• Work closely with Product and Sales leadership to achieve revenue goals, set pricing and packaging strategies, enter new markets, and manage portfolio strategy.
• Incorporate insights from win/loss analyses, competitive intelligence, and market signals into the product roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the product marketing team across three distinct portfolios.
• Transform senior product marketers into independent leaders and prepare the team for future expansion.
• Over 15 years of experience in product marketing within the enterprise B2B software sector.
• Proven history of leading product marketing at scale across various products, diverse audiences, and fast-growing environments.
• More than 10 years of leadership experience in the cybersecurity field.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity buyers, ecosystem, analysts, and the competitive landscape.
• Established credibility with CXO and security architect audiences.
• Technical comprehension of data security, AI and agent security, and identity protection.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams, translating technical architecture into business advantages.
• Outstanding storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
• Business-oriented mindset concentrating on pipeline generation, win rates, and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Experience in jointly managing revenue outcomes alongside Product and Go-To-Market leadership.
• Consistent success in transforming product roadmaps into impactful market launches and campaigns.
• Background in developing enablement programs that significantly enhance field selling effectiveness.
• Analyst relations experience, including engagements related to Magic Quadrants, Waves, MarketScapes, or category definitions.
• Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and scaling senior product marketing teams.
• Operating principles that emphasize pushing boundaries, taking ownership and action, and collaborating for mutual elevation.
• Leadership style focused on modeling behaviors, coaching team members, and demonstrating care for the team.
